In 2019, Tracy launched Calming Waters Wellness, a small business dedicated to alternative healing methods and creating a calming space for personal restoration. The center was born from a deeply personal mission inspired by her late father—a Vietnam veteran who struggled with PTSD, vaccine injury, and alcoholism. His passing fueled Tracy’s commitment to helping other Veterans access the support and tools they need to heal. Calming Waters offers a safe, empowering environment where many can reclaim their lives through holistic care.

One of the best parts of owning a business is that I can step forward and help those that have stepped forward for our freedoms.  A steadfast supporter of Semper Fi Flo since its inception, Tracy joined the board in 2024. She contributes her strengths in business operations, project management, event planning, and fundraising to help advance the organization’s mission and foster resilience within the Veteran community.
